During my second year of living in Sweden, my husband brought me to the most beautiful part of Sweden that I have ever seen and it is called Flatruet situated in the province of Harjedalen. It is Sweden's highest public road which is 15 km long and has a unique kind of nature and beautiful scenery. Trees doesn't grow there anymore. Well, you have to go visit to see what I mean.
Two weeks ago, we visited Gripsholm Castle located in Mariefred. Too bad it is still close for the season but will open soon. Anyway, we just walked around the castle garden and fed som hungry birds flying over Lake Mälaren. It was a nice spring Saturday.
